I extend a warm welcome and best wishes for your-health, wealth, peace, progress and prosperity from Bangkok (Thailand) where I have been reflecting on a collective mission associated with the vital role of the Teachers in shaping the future of education in India. I hope this message finds you all well.

In emerging scenario, it is imperative that we show unwavering solidarity and commitment to the essential issues that impact our teaching community. We must advocate for a holistic approach to education that every child receives a quality education that is accessible and equitable. There must be a common curriculum that not only meets educational benchmarks but also respects regional diversity and cultural heritage.

We are passing through a critical situation, where we must collectively advocate for innovative dimensions in our educational landscape. Key among these initiatives is the establishment of an Education Commission for Schools, which will serve as a pivotal body in guiding our educational policies and practices. I advocate all genuine demands and better working conditions that empower teachers and enhance the learning environment for the students. I fully support demand for competitive salaries that reflect the value of our work, alongside a reasonable retirement age and comprehensive post-retirement benefits to secure the future of our educators. It is our moral duty to stand united in this endeavour. As we navigate these challenges, we must be prepared to engage in the path of opposition, protest, and agitation when necessary, to ensure that our voices are heard and our rights upheld. Together, we can challenge all obstacles that stand in our way. Let us commit to this mission with renewed vigour and determination.

As, we continue our journey together in the All India Federation of Teachers' Organisations (AIFTO, India), I want to express my profound gratitude for your un-flinching faith, un-wavering solidarity and solid support that you rendered to me. I also acknowledge your commitment to our shared mission that enhances our collective strength and fortifies our resolve. It is your dedication that inspires me to champion the rights and welfare of the teaching community.

Together, we are poised to navigate the challenges ahead, fostering an environment where our voices resonate and our aspirations are realized. I look forward to collaborating with all of you, as we strive for a brighter future of the millions that we represent.
